Driving while texting

In America’s Washington State, there’s an attempt to put a law on the statute books that outlaws Driving While Texting (DWT), according to Fox 5 News.

The acronym DWI (Driving While Intoxicated) is better known in the US, but if DWT is banned it could become just as common a term.

Certainly the number of Americans talking or texting into handheld handsets while driving is surprisingly high.
